Yesterday Was A Very Bad Day

Yesterday, I had to wait for a funeral arrangement to be made before I could go out on my first run. So I did other things, like take out the cardboard and trash. So I did that, and when I came back, the florist who was spraying some flowers, asked me if I heard the Birdie chirping (his words)? I said, "what?" "The baby bird in the trash can," he said "Did you hear it chirp?" You know, before I accidentally ended it's life, because I didn't it was there and it would have been to scared to chirp. I said "Why did you tell me?" And He segued into the survival of the fitest's speech. Which was not the point. The sheer sadistism of this. Why did he tell me?
I cried off and on for the rest of the day. I don't even know if he even noticed.

Alas, Navi Is Gone.

This is belated, but I thought that that my non-existence readers would like to know that Navi developed displayia in both elbows and had to be returned to the seeing eye dog kennel. This is probably for the best, as my sister says, "Navi loves to be outside so much, that having to live with a blind person and spend most of his life inside would be cruel to him." We both assume that blind people spend most of their lives inside. Could be wrong, but what would be the point of being outside, if you can't see nature, coupled with unknown and unlevel boundaries.

Soon I will get to take my vacation. Haven't pick out the dates yet, but I am not taking it while house sitting for my sister, nor am I going to work for the pizza place during it as well.

What I am going to do is clean up the house. I am so tired of the way I live. My father has been dead for 11 years, and I STILL have his clothes. A lot of the house is a dirty monument to my mother's decorating and she has been dead since '79! I'm going to get rid of their clutter and clean things up!

Having Fun With Jott.Com!

I linked up this blog with Jott, and tried it out while working for the pizza place. The preceding posts are the results. I wish the sound worked on my computer. . . I really like to hear myself. It was fun, certainly made work more entertaining.

I also made some reminders for myself. Reminders can be sent out at a future time. If this works out and I can afford it, Jott will be a great service for me.

I also sent a text to Bob adding more support for his Battlestar Galactica theory. He believes that BG is happening in our far future. That earth invented the Cylons (that means that the Cylons have been with the 12 colonies from the start), and that earth is complete cylonized and always has been.

My support is that the 12 colonies were founded by the Lords of Cobalt and isn't Cobalt a computer language? That the 12 colonies were founded by programing geniuses.
Of course I have always been puzzled by, if they are all colonies, then where is the original home world? Bob thinks it is Earth.

Oooh! I'm Having So Much Fun!

I found this article on texting, 10 Killer Texting Tricks, and I have been trying them out. 1st, is Jott.com. This is a nifty little "free in beta" web site that converts your words to texts and sends them on to the right people, from your mobile phone!!! This will come in very handy while driving.

Second is Google. Turns out Google has a host of free features I can access from my PHONE! Like free driving directions, translating one language to another (written, not spoken), finding out the weather forecast, measurement conversion (my organizer does that) and other things.

Google also has a calendar, and I can access that to and update it from my phone. Of course I really can't do that, the computer froze up when I went there.

Now, for the ulitmate experiment. . . using jott to get driving direction from google, BA HA HA!!!
