I only ate one plate, (okay, I had a second helping of the sweet yams, about a tablespoon)! My sister gave me very, very scanty leftovers to boot! Who can blame her, she doesn't want to pick me up again from the ER. Dinner was wonderful.
A very strange thing happened. Their standard guest, who has never demonstrated interest in me over ten years, kept looking at me! I would glance his way, discover he was staring at me and then he would quickly glance away. Over and over! I don't think he has ever seen me as a brunette, with short hair.. Go figure. It would never, never work, even thought he is a extremely nice man, because he is allergic to cats! Enough said.

Saw my doctor again. She was very pleased with my blood pressure, 117 over 79! She says that shows I have been working out. I told her I didn't get my mammogram as I came at the scheduled time, only to be informed that my appointment had been 3 hours before, and my order hadn't been faxed over, and there was nothing that could be done. My doctor (actually a physician assistant) apologized and said it would be rescheduled. Like it's her fault!
As a special birthday present I got a flu shot! Hurts like a tetanus shot. My arm still hurts a bit and it's been 5 days!

BF has seen therapist. Therapist should be disbarred. However, BF has realized she needs to be proactive in her own care and is planning steps to help herself. That is the good. The bad is, she has her prescribed anti-depression meds, but isn't taking them. She is coming out with two view points about them that don't agree. I'm going to talk to her about this.
