Because I woke up in the middle of the night, and realized that my right (?) foot had been moving violently, to the point my bed was rocking back and forth, and my head board was making a cracking sound as it shook.
When I woke up and realized what my foot had been doing, I actually said out loud "Am I having a seizure?" But I felt fine and promptly fell back asleep.
Now my first thought when I woke up this morning was that somehow my little backyard trespassers had done it. But after a little reflection, I realized the only way they could have done that, was if one of them was in my bedroom with me, shaking my foot. I think I would have noticed that.
Hmmm, earthquake? Why just my foot then? Don't think so.
A more better possiablity to me at least, is the sprirt in my house. Mr. Michieveous . Why it would be doing that, I have no idea, but it does fit the bill.
So, I will try to keep track of when I wake up in the night and why. And the next time I go to the doctor, I will mettion it.
